2007 Porsche 911 GT3

This 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 (997) and the 997.2 are the last generations of true drivers GT3s.  Since the Current model is only available with electronic steering and PDK the 997 GT3 has become what could very well be the last Porsche to require tradition tradecraft driving technique.  This particular example has been excellently maintained by a local Porsche enthusiast who is only selling because he recently acquired a 2010 GT3. 

This GT3 spent the first 4 years in Arizonas dry climate and then made its way to northern California in 2012.  The current owner purchased it in 2013 and has been servicing it at Sonnen and Michael Stead Porsche. Recently the front and rear brake disks and pads were replaced.  Fortunately it has no cosmetic or performance modifications which suggest it will retain its value for years to come.  The black exterior is absent any noticeable imperfections and the leather/alcantara interior is in like new condition.
