2005 Lotus Elise

This particular Series 2 Elise is fitted with the Sports and Tourings Packs, in addition to the Stage 2 exhaust. The current owner has fitted and afterarket stereo system including an amplifier, subwoofer, new head unit and upgraded dash and rear speakers.

The 2005 Lotus Elise was the first to be sold commercially in the United States. It is is powered by an all-aluminium 189 horsepower 1.8 L DOHC Toyota engine with a twin-cam head offering variable valve timing on both the intake and exhaust, and a 6 speed manual gearbox.The engine management computer is a Lotus programmed unit. Many tests show 0–60 miles per hour in approximately 4.9 seconds, or 4.7 seconds with the Sport Package.
