1961 Porsche 356 B Cabriolet

This is completely restored, matching numbers and original color combination 1961 356 B Cabriolet 1600 Super.

Finished in silver with a black German canvas top and red leather interior and red German square weave wool carpets.

This car was subject to a 8 + year complete rotisserie restoration by Vlados in San Rafael California completed in 2003.  Since the completion the only miles driven were to sort out mechanical that can only be resolved by logging a few hundred miles.

We sold the car to the present owner in June 2005 and has not been driven except on the test drive and then promptly went into storage after its purchase. Vehicle has been professionally prepared for storage and when rolled out of storage required little effort by our experts at CARS Dawydiak to get this vehicle running. Since rolled out of storage the battery was replaced, fuel tank drained and brakes bled and will be sold with a major fresh service included.

As a testament to the restoration and proper storage this vehicle drives easier than many of its 356 siblings and there is something to say about the attention to detail of the restoration all the way down to the smooth-as-silk operation of the window winders and the rare and correct headrests
